Terms and Conditions

  1. 01Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Luxury Auto Care ("Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

  2. 02Services

    Luxury Auto Care provides automotive services including vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, mechanical and electrical work, detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, paint work, spare parts, carbon-fibre services and vehicle recovery.

  3. 03Estimates & Quotations

    All estimates and quotations provided by Luxury Auto Care are based on the initial inspection, diagnostics, or information provided by the customer at the time of assessment.

  4. 04Hidden Damages & Tear-Down Disclaimer

    Estimates may be based on a visual assessment; additional hidden damage discovered during work may change the scope and cost. Work may pause for re-approval, and full reassembly cannot always be guaranteed.

  5. 05Subcontractors

    Luxury Auto Care may use authorised third-party specialists for certain repairs.

  6. 06Appointment & Booking Policy

    Appointments should be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule, and deposits may be required for certain bookings.

  7. 07Payment Policy

    Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement of work.

  8. 08Warranty Policy

    Labour is covered by a workmanship warranty (typically 30–90 days); parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Certain conditions may void warranty cover.

  9. 09Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, collecting their vehicle within the agreed timeframe, and removing personal items prior to service.

  10. 10Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service or repair provided.

  11. 11Intellectual Property

    All website content, logos and branding are the property of Luxury Auto Care and may not be used without authorisation.

  12. 12Website Usage

    Hacking, false submissions, illegal activity and content scraping are prohibited.

  13. 13Privacy Policy

    We do not sell or share your personal data, except when required to deliver services, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.

  14. 14Third-Party Links

    We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites linked from our site.

  15. 15Vehicle Storage & Abandoned Vehicles

    Storage fees apply if the vehicle is not collected within the agreed timeframe, as per our workshop policy.

  16. 16Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

  17. 17Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
